At NCM Electric Bicycles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride. If your e-bike doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Securely pack the bicycle in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and the battery charger are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional courier pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
