How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Depending on the model and assist level used, NCM batteries typically provide a range between 40 to 100 kilometers. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, and weather conditions will also influence the total distance.
Do NCM electric bikes require special maintenance?
Maintenance is similar to a standard bicycle, including regular chain lubrication and brake checks. However, we recommend a professional inspection of the electrical components and motor every 1,000 kilometers.
What is the shipping time for a new e-bike order?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days via our specialized heavy-goods couriers.
Are NCM e-bikes water-resistant?
Yes, our e-bikes are rated IP54 or higher, meaning they are resistant to splashes and light rain. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure power washers.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
NCM bikes are delivered approximately 85-90% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars, and perform a safety check before your first ride. Tools and instructions are included.
